Nishank is a brilliant and incredibly hard working designer.

I worked with him on a number of projects at Ford Motor Company designing user interfaces for SYNC. These were challenging efforts with large amount of deliverables on tight timelines, but he was always an extremely good time manager and got me and my developer partners what we needed to finish the product just in time.

His technical skills were top notch -- he was among the foremost experts on Invision and other rapid prototyping at Ford. And he had a great artistic eye for detail and a strong creative approach to problem solving, often coming up with clever and innovative approaches that us more technical folks might have missed.

Perhaps even more important he also consistently showed excellent communication skills and a strong ability to take criticism, suggestions, and client requests. He was truly superb at iterating collaborative with his clients like myself. This approach allowed him to balance keeping clients like myself more than satisfied from a functional utility perspective while still managing to instill a strong artistic vision, utilitarian aesthetic, and beauty in his designs.

Sometimes it's hard for technical folks -- product owners / specification authors / software developers / etc. -- to interface with designers. But in spite of being a brilliant graphic artist, it was never hard for us technical folks to work with Nishank. He makes that kind of cross functional collaboration as easy as it could possibly be and the product (and the company customers) truly benefited form his great contributions & collaborative approach.

In terms of a well rounded employee who will bring a great personal approach, incredible hard skills, and top notch soft skills you will be hard pressed to find someone better than Nishank. For that reason I can recommend him unequivocally and attest that he will be a huge asset to any team he was on.
